Permissions are granted on a per user basis and allows a user to access features and functionalities for each respective Sourcepoint product. In this article, we will cover the various permissions that can be assigned for each of Sourcepoint's products.
Zendesk Authentication
Sourcepoint utilizes Zendesk solutions to manage its help content and ticket submissions. Below are the permissions that be can be assigned related to our partnership with Zendesk:

This setting enables a user to access all features across all Sourcepoint products and properties to which they have been given access (which includes Zendesk authentication). Note: Allows a user to create new properties for Dialogue. |
Zendesk authentication | Allows a user's credentials to persist across the Sourcepoint portal and our help center. If enabled, will allow the user to submit/manage their tickets, and subscribe to articles/sections in our help center. |
Dialogue permissions
Dialogue permissions allow a user to access different Universal Consent and Preferences features and functionalities for the Dialogue properties or property groups to which they have been given access. Below are the permissions that can be assigned for Dialogue:

Campaign Entities |
User can create, edit, and delete components of a campaign. These elements are:

Campaign Public | User can launch a messaging campaign to a public environment. |
Campaign Staging | User can launch a messaging campaign to a staging environment. |
Change Log | User can access the change log for your organization. |
External Reporting API | |
Integration Hub | User can access integration hub to configure marketing integrations. |
Legal Doc Management | User can access legal document library to add, edit, and delete legal documents. |
Preferences Configuration | User can access preferences configuration page to add, edit, and delete configurations. |
Property Management |
User can access property and property group pages to manage Dialogue properties for which they have access. Allows the user to edit and delete a property for which they can access. |
Reporting CCPA |
User can run, manage, and export U.S. Privacy (Legacy) reports. Note: U.S. Privacy (Legacy) support for web properties should only be configured as necessary for OTT properties. |
Reporting TCFv2 | User can run, manage, and export GDPR reports. |
Templates | User can create, edit, and delete account templates. |
Vendor List - CCPA |
User can create, edit, and delete U.S. Privacy (Legacy) vendor list. Note: U.S. Privacy (Legacy) support for web properties should only be configured as necessary for OTT properties. |
Vendor List - GDPR | User can create, edit, and delete GDPR TCF and GDPR Standard vendor list. |
Vendor List - U.S. Multi-State | User can create, edit, and delete U.S. Multi-State Privacy vendor list. |
Vendor List - Global Enterprise | User can create, edit, and delete Global Enterprise vendor list. |
Diagnose permissions
Diagnose permissions allow a user to access Sourcepoint's Diagnose dashboards for the Diagnose properties to which they have also been given access. Below are the permissions that can be assigned for Diagnose:
