The account owner for your organization is initially set by the Sourcepoint team and has the ability to give and revoke user access to transaction receipts. Every organization is only allowed a single user with the account owner role. 

  Note: By default, a user with the account owner role can access the transaction receipts feature.


View account owner

To see who is the user in your organization that has been assigned the account owner role click Super Admin on the left-hand panel and select Users from the subsequent menu.

The user who has been assigned the account owner role will have the toggle for Account Owner enabled inline with the user's name.

Edit account owner

Currently, your organization is unable to edit who is assigned the account owner role. Editing the account owner role for your organization can only be performed by Sourcepoint. 

If your organization needs to change who is assigned the account owner role please reach out to your Sourcepoint representative.
