Users assigned the Transaction Receipts permission is able to access the transaction receipts feature which enables them to retrieve consent choices made by an end-user that have been recorded by Sourcepoint. In this article, we will cover:
Note: Be aware that only a user with the Account owner role can assign a user the Transaction Receipts permission.
Default access to Transaction Receipts
Be default, a user with the Account Owner role will have access to the Transaction Receipts feature. All other users in your organization will need to have the Transaction Receipts permission assigned to them by the Account Owner to access the feature.
Assign/revoke Transaction Receipts permission
To assign or revoke the Transaction Receipts permission from a user, a user with the Account owner role should click Super Admin on the left-hand panel and select Users from the subsequent menu.
Navigate to a user on the subsequent list and click Edit inline with the user name.
Enable or deactivate the toggle under the Transaction Receipts column to assign or revoke the permission, respectively. Click Save when finished.
