Permissions: Property management and Campaign Entities |
A property group allows your organization to group properties together in order to simplify configurations for mass campaigns, updates, etc... Click here to learn more about the different use cases for when using property groups. In this article, we will cover how to create a new property group in your Sourcepoint account.
Click Properties on the left-hand panel and select Property Groups from the subsequent menu.
Select + Add New Property Group.
From the subsequent modal, give the property group a name and an optional description. Click Save when finished.
The new property group will be added to your property group list. Existing properties can be added to the property group and/or the property group can be selected when creating new properties. Additionally, the property group can be populated when configuring vendor lists.
Note: Be advised that in order to successfully exercise your permissions on a property group you will need explicit access to the named property group and not just individual access to the properties included in the property group.
