- Disable page scrolling
- Constrain message to mobile safe area
- Z-index for first layer message

Note: Click here for more information on how to configure an Inline message type for first layer messages.
Disable page scrolling
The Disable Scrolling? toggle determines whether an end-user is able to scroll through the page behind the first layer message while the first layer message is visible.
- Enabled: end-user cannot scroll through the page behind the first layer message
- Deactivated: end-user can scroll through the page behind the first layer message
Note: By default, the Disable Scrolling? toggle is enabled for new first layer messages. To deactivate the feature and allow scrolling of the page behind the first layer message, click the toggle inline with the feature name so that the toggle appears grey.
Constrain message to mobile safe area
Enable the toggle to keep your first layer message within the safe area of an end-user's mobile device.
Use the provided field to configure the z-index of the first layer message (i.e. stack order of the first layer message) on your page. By increasing the z-index of the first layer message, you can ensure that other elements on your page are not blocking the first layer message.
Raise the z-index of your first layer message so that it is not blocked by a chatbot that is also on your page.
Input the URL for a website to view how your first layer message will appear on the page within the first layer message builder. This field will only impact the workspace in the first layer message builder and is for preview purposes only. It will not impact how your first layer message appears once launched on your property.
