Permission: Campaign entities

A scenario allows your organization to define the logic that controls when a messaging experience should be presented to an end-user who visits you property. In this article, we will cover how to edit an existing scenario

Click Campaigns on the left-hand panel and select Scenarios from the menu. 


Use the property field in the upper right-hand corner to select a property for which you will edit a scenario.


Navigate to an existing scenario on the subsequent list and click the Edit icon inline with the scenario name.

Apply any edits to the scenario and click Update when finished.


  Note: If the scenario is currently included in a message campaign, you will need to relaunch the campaign to push the changes into the environment.
