Permission: Regulation Settings - USNat
Beginning Oct 1, 2025, your organization can begin utilizing v2 of the U.S. National Section within your GPP string. In this article, we will cover how to migrate a current U.S. Multi-State Privacy (GPP) vendor list so that it utilizes the U.S. National Section (v2) for states configured to use the national section.
Note: Before starting, please contact your Sourcepoint representative so that the migration feature can be enabled in your Sourcepoint account. Additionally, be aware that migrating to U.S. National Section (v2) is irreversible.
Click Vendor Management from the left-hand rail and select U.S. Multi-State Privacy from the menu.
Select an existing U.S. Multi-State Privacy (GPP) vendor list on the subsequent page.
Click Advanced Settings on the top tab.
Navigate to Upgrade to US National Section v2 (Breaking Changes) and enable the toggle.
Click Save to confirm the change.
Confirm the decision to migrate your vendor list to utilize the U.S. National Section (v2) for all states that are configured to use the national section in the subsequent modal and click OK.
