Delete custom message

Custom messages allow your organization to utilize the Sourcepoint platform to surface non-consent related messaging to your end-users. In this article, we will cover how to delete an existing custom message from an individual property. 

Click Messages on the left-hand panel and choose Custom Messages from the subsequent menu.

Use the property field in the upper right-hand corner to select a property for which you will delete a custom message.

Locate any non-campaign version of the custom message and click the Delete icon inline with the custom message name.

Confirm the decision to delete the first layer message and click Delete in subsequent modal.
