Permission: Campaign entities
Custom messages allow your organization to utilize the Sourcepoint platform to surface non-consent related messaging to your end-users. In this article, we will cover how to edit an existing custom message from an individual property.
Example
Use a custom message to advertise your organization's newsletter, collect identity graph disclosures, and call identity provider scripts.
Note: Please be aware that as a non-consent message, custom messages only support the following actions:
• Custom JavaScript
• Redirect
• Dismiss
Click Messages on the left-hand panel and choose Custom Messages from the subsequent menu.
Use the property field in the upper right-hand corner to select a property for which you will edit a custom message.
Locate any non-campaign version of the custom message and click the Edit icon inline with the custom message name.
From the subsequent page, apply any edits to the custom message and click Save Message when finished. Click here for more information on how to navigate the custom message builder.
Note: If the custom message is currently included in a custom message campaign, you will need to relaunch the campaign to push the charges into the environment.
