Permission: Vendor list-GDPR and/or Vendor list-CCPA

Properties associated with a vendor list will inherit the vendors, purposes, and legal bases configured for the vendor list. This information will be surfaced in privacy managers, OTT messages, and/or first layer messages configured for the property. In this article, we will cover how to:


Add property to vendor list

From the vendor list builder for any of the regulatory frameworks supported by Sourcepoint, navigate to the Select property(s) this list applies to field and add properties and/or property groups. 

  Note: Users can only add properties and/or property groups to the vendor list to which they have Domain access.

Click Save when finished.

  Note: While properties can be added to multiple inactive vendor lists, a property can only be associated with a single active vendor list. Click here to learn more about active statuses for vendor lists.

When configuring a message for any of the added properties, the privacy manager will automatically default to the vendor list.

Remove property from vendor list

From the vendor list page for any of the regulatory frameworks supported by Sourcepoint, navigate to the Select property(s) this list applies to field. 

Click X to right right of a property name to remove it from the list.

Click Save when finished.
