Legal Transaction categories are surfaced to end-users via your Universal Consent and Preferences message and enable you to provide notification of and/or collect agreements to legal documents (configured in the Legal Document Library) used by your organization. In this article, we will cover how to:

Note: Click here for more information on managing and editing translations for your Legal Transaction categories.
To start, click Universal Consent and Preferences on the left-hand panel and select a configuration from the subsequent list.

Field | Description |

In order to use one of the listed scenario gates (e.g. AI Policy, Privacy Policy, etc...) within the scenario builder, you will need to first assign the Scenario Gate Mapping field. If no targeting is used for this legal transaction in your scenario, select None from the dropdown menu. Note: Be aware that once the Legal Transaction category is saved, you will not be able to edit the Scenario Gate Mapping field. |
