Manage Marketing preference integration mapping

Integration mapping refers to the mapping defined between your organization's Marketing preference categories and any categories for the integrations you may have set up within the Preferences integration hub. 

In this article, we will cover how to perform the following for an existing Marketing preference category

• Add Marketing preference category integration mapping
• Edit Marketing preference category integration mapping
• Delete Marketing preference category integration mapping

To start, click Preferences on the left-hand panel and select Configurations

Select a configuration from the subsequent list. 

From the selected configuration page, navigate to the Marketing Preferences section and click Manage Integrations. 

Add Marketing preference category integration mapping

Select a Marketing preference category for which you wish to add an integration from the modal and click + Add Integration.

Use the dropdown menus in the following fields to select the integration categories you wish to map to the Marketing preference category:

Click the check icon when finished

Click Save to confirm the addition.

Edit Marketing preference category integration mapping

Select a Marketing preference category to edit from the modal and click the Edit icon inline with one of the mapped integrations.

Use the dropdown menus in the following fields to edit the integration categories you wish to map to the Marketing preference category:

Click the Check icon when finished.

Click Save to confirm the edits.

Delete Marketing Preference category integration mapping

Select a Marketing preference category to delete from the modal and click the Delete icon inline with one of the mapped integrations.

Confirm the decision to delete the mapped integration in the popup and click Yes.

The category will no longer be mapped to the integration and its integration category.

Click Save to confirm the deletion.
