In this article, we will cover how to pause email alerts sent from Diagnose to your user account's email address.
Note: Every member of your organization who wishes to pause email alerts will need to turn it off in their own Sourcepoint user account.
Click Alerts on the left hand-panel.
Select Email Preferences on the subsequent page.
The email preferences modal will pre-populate the email address associated with your Sourcepoint account.
Deactivate the Action toggle so that it displays Paused and click Save Preferences when finished.
Confirm your decision to pause email alerts in the subsequent pane and click Confirm.
Emailed alerts going to your email address will be paused.
