Subject access request forms allow your organization to customize online forms to collect the relevant information needed from end-users to exercise their rights regarding their data pursuant to various regulatory regimes (right to access and right to request deletion). 

In this article, we will cover how to edit an existing subject access request form.

Click Messages on the left-hand panel and select U.S. Privacy Messages. Click Subject Access Request Form from the subsequent menu. 


Use the property field in the upper right-hand corner to select a property for which you will edit a subject access request (SAR) form.



Click the Edit icon inline with the subject access request (SAR) form name.


From the subsequent page, apply any edits to the subject access request (SAR) form and click Save Message when finished. Click here for more information on how to navigate the subject access request (SAR) form builder.
