Subject access request (SAR) form overview

Subject access request forms allow your organization to customize online forms to collect the relevant information needed from end-users to exercise their rights regarding their data pursuant to various regulatory regimes (right to access and right to request deletion). 

Sourcepoint's subject access request form feature pairs our form building functionality with a third-party ticketing service that enables you to present a form to end-users, collect relevant information, and track these requests. 

Once the feature is enabled in your account, a Sourcepoint representative will work with your organization to set up the necessary integration between Sourcepoint and our third-party ticketing service (including workflows, notifications, etc... within that ticketing service).
