Retrieve transaction receipt

   Permission: Transaction Receipts

Transaction receipts are the consent choices made by an end-user that have been recorded by Sourcepoint. When taken as a whole, each transaction receipt for an identifier provides a history of an end-user's consent record and how it may have changed across a period of time.

Note: Transaction receipts are not available for properties utilizing a U.S. Privacy (Legacy) campaign.

To start, select Transaction Receipts on the left-hand pane.

Client ID vs Sourcepoint ID

The transaction receipt module can populate every saved action taken by an end-user that is stored against a specified identifier. Your organization can use either of the following IDs to look-up all transaction receipts associated with the identifier:

ID Description
Client User ID Any non-anonymous identifier used by your organization to tie a consent record to a specific end-user such as an authId, email or phone number.
Sourcepoint UUID One or more Sourcepoint UUID values. Click here for more information about how this value needs to be formatted.

Use the provided dropdown menu to select whether you wish to search by Client User ID or Sourcepoint UUID.

Once selected, input the identifier in the provided space.
