Permissions: Change log
Sourcepoint's change log enables your organization to review actions that have been taken in your Dialogue account. In this article, we will cover:
Navigate to the change log by clicking Super Admin on the left-hand panel and selecting Change Log.
Change log periodization
Editing the periodization for the change log can be done in one of two two ways: either by using predetermined presets or by manually setting the start and end dates.
Preset periodization uses the current date as he end-date and will display information to include the previous day (1D), week (7D), or 30 days (30D), respectively.
To change the periodization manually, click the calendar icon and set the start and end dates of your periodization.
Change log fields
The following information is recorded for each event recorded in the change log:

Site Group Name | If available, the name of the property group associated with the recorded operation. | ||||||||||||
Operation Type |
The recorded action taken on the entity. The following operations are available:

Entity Type |
The type of entity in the Sourcepoint portal upon which the operation was performed. The following types are available:

Entity Name | The name of the entity upon which the operation was performed. | ||||||||||||
Properties | Name of properties to which the entity belonged. | ||||||||||||
User | The user who performed the recorded operation in the Sourcepoint portal. | ||||||||||||
Date | The date for the recorded operation in the Sourcepoint portal. |
Filter change log
To filter any results in your organization's change log, navigate to the column for which you wish to filter by and click the filter icon. Use the provided dropdown menu to select your filter criteria for the column.
