Subscribe to CMP pre-release notifications

Pre-release notifications are biweekly (i.e. fortnightly) updates that help your organization prepare for future changes. These notifications provide visibility into what is planned for release in approximately a week.

By subscribing to the CMP pre-release notifications section, you will receive an email with embedded content whenever a new article is added to the section.

Note: Only users with approved and valid Sourcepoint credentials can subscribe to CMP pre-release notifications. If your organization uses an email alias to forward emails to a group of internal users, you will need to create a Sourcepoint user account for that email address and follow the steps below.

From the Sourcepoint portal, click Help on the left-hand panel and select Documentation from the subsequent menu. We recommend starting from the Sourcepoint portal to ensure your user credentials are successfully passed into our support system which is necessary to subscribe to release notes.

With your Sourcepoint credentials passed into our support system, click the link below to navigate to our CMP pre-release notes section.

Click Follow on the CMP pre-release notification section page.

Note:  If you are not logged into your account, you will be redirected to the login page in order to associate your subscription to your account.

Select New articles from the dropdown menu. Sourcepoint currently does not support comments on our documentation.

You will be notified by email whenever a new article is added to the section. Emails will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Manage CMP pre-release notifications

Your subscription to CMP pre-release notifications can be managed from your support center profile.

Click your Name in the upper right-hand corner and select My Activities from the subsequent dropdown menu.

Select Following on the My activities page.

Your subscription to CMP pre-release notifications (as well as all of your other subscriptions in the Sourcepoint support center) can be managed by toggling the Follow/Unfollow button inline with the subscription name.
