Create iOS tracking message

Sourcepoint's iOS tracking message allows your organization to request an end-user's consent on their iOS devices with a branded pre-prompt message. In this article, we will cover how to create a new iOS tracking message.

Click Messages on the left-hand panel and choose iOS Tracking Messages from the subsequent menu.

Use the property field in the upper right-hand corner to select a property for which you will create a custom message.

Customize the iOS tracking message and click Create Message when finished.


Navigate iOS Tracking Message Builder

  Note: Sourcepoint recommends that you begin the configuration of the iOS tracking message from a template.

In this section, we will cover the basic layout of the iOS tracking message builder and how to customize components.

  Note: Be sure to toggle Mobile View to On in the message builder before building your template.

Configure general settings for the iOS tracking message at any time by clicking Home in the breadcrumbs and using the Settings panel on the right-hand side.

Click + in the toolbar panel to add a new component to the builder. To customize the component (or any other component, click the component in the builder and use the Settings panel on the right-hand side to customize the details of that component.

  Note: The iOS tracking message breadcrumbs will enable you to quickly see which component you are currently editing.

To delete a component, highlight the component and click the Delete icon in the toolbar panel.

For additional configuration options, use the Custom CSS editor.

Apply your custom styling by adding the CSS Handle to a component.
