In order to successful implement Sourcepoint Diagnose into your mobile application, your organization will need to retrieve the following information from the Sourcepoint system:

  • Property Name
  • Property ID
  • Account ID
  • API Key

Currently, the API Key for your account is generated via the Sourcepoint backend and can only be retrieved through your Account Manager. Please contact your Account Manager to retrieve your Diagnose API key
