Note: The following article describes the steps required to import an app property into Soucepoint's Diagnose product. Properties in Diagnose and Dialogue are treated as individual entities. If your organization wishes to utilize Sourcepoint's Dialogue and Diagnose product on the same app property, you will need to manually add or import the property into the Diagnose portal.
To import an app property to Diagnose, click App from the left-hand rail and select Properties from the subsequent menu.
The following page will list all the current properties added/imported into your Diagnose account. Click + Add New Property.
Click the + Import a Dialogue Property tab in the subsequent modal. Use the provided field to search for a Dialogue app property and click Save when finished.
Note: The list of properties populated in the list will already be filtered for Dialogue properties assigned an App type.
The app property will be imported into your list of Diagnose properties.
