OTT/CTV messages combine the first layer message and privacy manager into a single setup, and introduces the concept of views to the configuration process. Configuration for an OTT/CTV message is distinct from other property types to account for navigation of the consent experience by an end-user via remote control.
In this article, we will cover how to edit an OTT/CTV message on an individual property.
Click Messages on the left-hand panel and select a regulatory regime (GDPR Messages or CCPA Messages)
Click OTT/CTV from either subsequent menu.
Use the property field in the upper right-hand corner to select a property for which you will edt an OTT/CTV message.
Navigate to a OTT/CTV message on the subsequent list and click the Edit icon inline with the OTT/CTV message name.
From the subsequent page, apply any edits to the OTT/CTV message and click Save Message when finished. Click here for more information on how to navigate the OTT/CTV message builder.
Note: If the OTT/CTV message is currently included in an OTT/CTV message campaign, you will need to relaunch the campaign to push the charges into the environment.
