Inline Universal Consent and Preferences message

   Permission: Campaign entities

An inline Universal Consent and Preferences message allows your organization to add to or replace the content of an existing HTML element on a web page with your Universal Consent and Preferences message. This display is achieved by inputting the target HTML element's ID or class in the Universal Consent and Preferences message builder.

Click Messages on the left-hand panel and select Universal Consent and Preferences

Use the property field in the upper right-hand corner to select a property for which you will create an inline Universal Consent and Preferences message.

Click + New Message to create a new Universal Consent and Preferences message.

Use the subsequent page to customize the Universal Consent and Preferences message for the property.

While on the Home view of the Universal Consent and Preferences message builder expand the Settings accordion on the right-hand Settings panel.

Select Inline from the Message Type field. Use the subsequent field to input the div target type (Class or ID) or name.

The ID or class name needs to be unique and placed on your page where you would like the inline Universal Consent and Preferences message to show.

Click Create Message when finished to save your progress.
