Inline Preference Center message

An inline Preference Center message allows your organization to add to or replace the content of an existing HTML element on a web page with your Preference Center message. This display is achieved by inputting the target HTML element's ID or class in the Preference Center message builder.

Click Messages on the left-hand panel and select Preference Center. 

Use the property field in the upper right-hand corner to select a property for which you will create an inline Preference Center message.

Click + New Message to create a new Preference Center message.

Use the subsequent page to customize the Preference Center message for the property.

While on the Home view of the Preference Center message builder expand the Settings accordion on the left-hand Settings panel.

Select Inline from the Message Type field. Use the subsequent field to input the div target type (Class or ID) or name.

The ID or class name needs to be unique and placed on your page where you would like the inline Preference message to show.

Click Create Message when finished to save your progress.
