Permission: Vendor List - U.S. Multi-State
In this article, we will how cover the following for vendors on a U.S. Multi-State Privacy vendor list:
Navigate to a U.S. Multi-State Privacy vendor list by selecting Vendor Management from the left-hand rail and clicking U.S. Multi-State Privacy from the menu.
Select a U.S. Multi-State Privacy vendor list on the subsequent page.
Click the Vendor Management tab from the vendor list builder.
Overview
On the Vendor Management tab you can find vendors who have been added to your U.S. Multi-State Privacy vendor list.
Hover over the name of a vendor on your vendor list to see their unique vendor ID.
To the right of each vendor you can find the privacy options that have been mapped to the vendor.
Add vendors
Add new vendors to your U.S. Multi-State Privacy vendor list by clicking + Add Vendors in the upper right-hand corner.
In the subsequent modal, select the System Vendors tab and navigate to your desired vendor.
Click the checkbox to the left of the vendor name and use the provided Privacy Choice field to map the vendor to your configured privacy choices.
Note: By default, added vendors will be mapped to all configured privacy choices unless otherwise edited.
Click Add Selected Vendors when finished.
Note: Whether adding a new vendor will trigger a reconsent for your property's end-users will depend on your scenario configuration when the new vendor is added and saved to your vendor list.

If your organization uses either of the above scenario configurations and do not wish to trigger a reconsent just yet follow the steps below:
- Make a copy of the scenario associated with your live campaign as a point of reference
- Delete the scenario configuration(s) that would trigger a reconsent in the original scenario
- Edit the name of the original scenario to reflect the new status
- Relaunch campaign with the edited scenario
- Add vendors to your vendor list.
- When ready, re-add the scenario configurations that were originally deleted. Existing end-users will then be asked to reconsent to your new vendors.
Edit vendors
When you edit a vendor on your U.S. Multi-State Privacy vendor list, you are editing the privacy choices that have been mapped to the vendor.
To edit the vendor, click the Edit icon inline with the vendor name.
Use the provided dropdown menu under Privacy Choice to edit the mappings to the vendor. Click the green check when finished.
Note: To edit multiple vendors simultaneously to same privacy choice mapping, click the checkbox to the left of the desired vendors and click the Edit icon in Bulk actions toolbar.
In the subsequent modal, use the provided Select updated Privacy Choice field to select the privacy choices for all selected vendors. Click Update when finished.
Delete vendors
Delete an existing vendor from your U.S. Multi-State Privacy vendor list by clicking the Delete icon inline with the vendor name.
Confirm the decision to delete the vendor in the subsequent menu and click Yes.
Note: To delete multiple vendors simultaneously, click the checkbox to the left of the desired vendors and click the Delete icon in Bulk actions toolbar.
Confirm the decision to delete the vendors in the subsequent modal and click Remove.
