Permission: Vendor List - U.S. Multi-State
In order to align with California privacy regulations, your organization can add a URL to the applicable section of your privacy policy that contains relevant disclosures for your opt in and opt out choices. This link will be surfaced in your messages that display sensitive category data choices and/or your opt out choices.
Click Vendor Management from the left-hand rail and select U.S. Multi-State Privacy from the menu.
Select an existing vendor list on the subsequent page.
Navigate to the Privacy Choices tab and select either Opt In Choice or Opt Out Choice.
Once the opt in or opt out choices are configured, a subsequent Privacy Policy Section Link section will be available.
Click Add +.
Use the provided field to add a URL to your privacy policy and click the green check box when finished.
Note: Currently, Sourcepoint does not support editing or translations for the copy used in the rendering of the Privacy Policy Section Link. The copy will always default to English and read "For further information, see our privacy policy"
The copy for your privacy policy link will be added to your message(s).
