Non-admin Access Level
Users who are assigned non-admin access level will need to have their domain and feature access manually configured. Non-admin level users will be unable to perform administrative tasks associated with the admin access level (e.g. add new users, manage user rights, etc...).
Note: A Soucepoint user account can only have one domain access/feature access pairing. That is, a single user account cannot access features (A, B, C) on domains (X, Y) and features (D, E) on domain (Z).
In order to give a user different feature access across different domains, you will need to create multiple user accounts for each domain access/feature access pairing.
Admin Access Level
Admin access allows a user to access all features across all domains in your organization's Sourcepoint account. Additionally, the user can perform administrative tasks such as:
- Add new users
- Manage user permissions
- Add new properties in Dialogue
- Edit their own property access (if they wish to reduce the number of properties visible in their account). This process is always reversible.
- Create, edit, or delete any element in the CMP module
- Generate API keys
