User rights in Sourcepoint is defined by two elements: domain access and feature access. In this article, we will briefly cover these two elements and how together they form the basis of user rights.
Domain access overview
Domain access refers to the property (properties) that a user can access from their Sourcepoint user account. Any feature access granted to the user will be applied to the property (properties) selected for domain access.
Users can be assigned to either all properties, or any combination of grouped properties, and/or individual properties across app, web, and OTT properties.
Feature access overview
Feature access refers to the specific tasks a user can perform from their Sourcepoint user account. Feature access for the user will only be applied to the property (properties) selected for domain access
Users can either access all features, or any combination of granular feature access. Below are the granular feature access that Sourcepoint provides:

launch/stop live or stage campaign | User can launch or stop a campaign for either a stage or public campaign. |
launch/stop stage campaign | User can launch or stop a campaign in the stage environment only. |

vendor list management | User can manage vendor lists for GDPR TCF, GDPR Standard, CCPA. |
privacy manager management | User can manage CCPA privacy managers. |
change log access | User can access your organization's change log. |
manage templates access | User can manage account templates. |
Edit domain or feature access for user
Access: Admin Access required.
To edit the properties or features a user can access from their Sourcepoint user account, click Super Admin on the left-hand panel and select Users from the menu.
Navigate to a user on the subsequent list and click Edit inline with the user name.
Navigate to the either the Domain Association or Features field inline with the user's name and edit the user's access.
When finished, click Save inline with the user's name.
